Propylthiouracil (PTU) sometimes induces autoimmune syndromes, such as PTU–induced lupus or vasculitis. Here we present hands and feet vasculitis-like skin changes observed several days after PTU introduction in a patient who suffered from serious diffuse toxic goiter.
